Hafiz Aziz ur-Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, assessed the mental health care and treatment center at the northern zone level during his visit to Balkh Province.

During the assessment, he reviewed the quality of healthcare services provided to patients, along with the recreational areas, kitchen facilities, the distribution process of hot meals, and the condition of the residential accommodations.

He emphasized the importance of humane and respectful treatment of patients, timely response to their needs, and serious attention to cleanliness, and he praised the efforts of the center’s staff.

Mr. Aziz ur-Rahman listened to a report from the center’s officials on existing challenges and assured them that necessary steps would be taken to address these issues and further improve the effectiveness and organization of services.
