ARCS Holds Follow-up Meeting on Developing Strategic Plan

ARCS has held a follow-up meeting at its central headquarters to advance the formulation of an effective and needs-response strategic plan.
The session was attended by Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Under-Secretary General for Planning and Policy, Hafiz Ezatullah Amin; central office directors; advisors; heads of independent units; as well as representatives from ICRC, and IFRC.
Opening the session, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam praised the dedication of both senior and mid-level teams in preparing a robust five-year strategic plan. He remarked that individuals engaged in charitable work are divinely blessed in their endeavors.
He stressed that ARCS is committed to utilizing all available capacities to precisely assess community needs, respond rapidly to emergencies, and provide sustainable services.
Heads of various departments presented detailed information about their achievements and ongoing services. They also presented ideas, proposals, and recommendations aimed at strengthening the upcoming strategic plan.
