Badghis: Canal Construction Project Worth Nine Million Afghanis Launched to Provide Job Opportunities

ARCS has initiated a canal construction project valued at nine million Afghanis in Baghak village, located in capital city of Badghis Province. The project involves the construction of a 420-meter canal, which is expected to create employment opportunities for dozens of workers. 
This initiative, planned for completion within two months, aims to protect residential areas and agricultural lands from the destructive effects of seasonal flooding.
