He said, "When I was given the responsibility of ARCS, I was worried because ARCS is space for helping widows, orphans & headless who are poverty-stricken people in the world and that how can we hear the voice of the people from every corner of the country and how we will reach them, that's why we have initiated the program inaugurating ARCS representatives in the society, which will enable us to help the vulnerable people across the country" He stated, " We have initiated the program of inaugurating representatives in the society to share the sufferings of vulnerable people with them. Although, via representatives we can consult with people & share our pain with them, we strive to provide humanitarian assistance to the people, who are the most vulnerable people across the country." Mr. Khalis told the participants "You shall support us; to help & make the vulnerable people self-sufficient." He added "Your biggest cooperation with ARCS is to point out the people, who are real vulnerable, whom we have not helped yet."
