On 15th December, the respected delegation of the provincial councils' department of ARCS established five members councils from scholars, youth, students, and tribal elders in Qarghayo, Alishang, Alingar, and Dawlat shah districts of Laghman province. The aim of the establishment of these councils is to nationalize ARCS and to strengthen the relationship between the people and ARCS.
