Nearly AFN 800,000 in Cash and Tailoring Equipment Distributed to Vocational Training Graduates

The ARCS, with the support of the Danish Red Cross, has distributed a total of AFN 793,800 in cash assistance to 40 vulnerable women without guardians at the Eastern Zone Marastoon in Nangarhar Province. The support was provided following the successful completion of a six-month vocational training program in tailoring and embroidery, with each participant receiving AFN 19,845 in cash assistance.
In addition, each beneficiary received tailoring and embroidery supplies valued at AFN 22,000.
