Kabul: Medical Consumables Worth AFN 150,000 Handed Over to ARCS Cardiac Hospital

Al-Hayat Medical Company has handed over medical consumables worth AFN 150,000 to the ARCS Cardiac Hospital to support the healthcare services provided to patients.

The items were handed over by Mr. Abdul Rahim Safi, a representative of Al-Hayat Medical Company, to Dr. Lal Mohammad Ahmadzai, Deputy Director of Health at the ARCS.

The donated items include five oxygenators and 600 sterilization indicators, which will be used in the cardiac hospital’s medical and surgical services.

The ARCS calls on commercial and private companies, organizations, and charitable foundations to expand their support and cooperation in strengthening the healthcare services of the Cardiac Hospital.

The ARCS Cardiac Hospital provides daily healthcare services to patients with congenital heart defects. Therefore, ensuring the availability of essential medical equipment and consumables is important for maintaining and improving the continuity and quality of these services.

The ARCS welcomes support from the private sector and charitable organizations in providing the necessary medical resources for the treatment of children with congenital heart defects, helping further strengthen the delivery of specialized medical care to patients.
