Under the directive of the Prime Minister and in line with the humanitarian principles of the ARCS, the survey for families displaced by the conflict has been launched in the southeastern region under the guidance of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the General President of the ARCS.

The survey aims to accurately and transparently register families displaced by conflict in the provinces of Paktia, Khost, and Paktika.

A high-level delegation has been assigned to assess the needs and hear the concerns of internally displaced families. The delegation includes ARCS advisors, representatives from Disaster Management and Provincial Assemblies departments, relevant staff, and volunteers.

The survey will be conducted with full transparency, fairness, and accuracy to ensure that eligible families are properly identified and receive the necessary assistance.

It is worth noting that many internally displaced families continue to face severe shortages of shelter, food, and other basic necessities. They hope this survey will serve as a practical step toward addressing their challenges.
