New Advisor to ARCS is Appointed!
KABUL – today, on 1st of January, Sheikh al-Hadith Shihabuddin Delawar, Acting president of ARCS introduced Qazi Mawlawi Rohullah as his new advisor during a formal meeting attended by branch heads and several staff members of the organization.
Speaking at the meeting , Mr. Delawar highlighted the academic qualifications, capabilities, and integrity of the newly appointed advisor. He emphasized that the appointment of competent, capable, and responsible individuals to key administrative positions is essential for the growth and efficiency of any institution.
In his remarks, Mr. Delawar reiterated the importance of merit-based appointments, stating, “Nepotism should never be a factor in the development and improvement of an organization. Our priority has always been to enhance the activities and capabilities of this society by appointing skilled and talented individuals.
