The ARCS has successfully concluded an eight-day training workshop on mental health support and health promotion at its Logar Provincial Branch.

The workshop, supported financially by the IFRC, was attended by 80 male and female volunteers.

Throughout the training, participants received both theoretical and practical instruction on hygiene promotion, mental health support, health promotion, disease prevention, and effective community awareness methods.

In the coming weeks, these trained volunteers will conduct public awareness activities in the center of Logar Province in accordance with the established plan, providing communities with information on mental health support, hygiene, and health promotion to help prevent diseases and encourage healthier practices.

By strengthening the capacity of its volunteers, the ARCS strives to expand public health awareness, promote a culture of disease prevention, and contribute to healthier and more resilient communities.
