69 Congenital Heart Defect Patients Referred to Local Hospitals!
Today, Monday, the 10th of February, ARCS once again referred 69 congenital heart defect patients for treatment and surgeries to 6 local hospitals in Kabul.
It is noteworthy that the cost of the treatment of these patients is fully paid by ARCS.
