24 Congenital Heart Defect Patients Referred to Local Hospitals!
Today, Monday, the 3rd of February, ARCS once again referred 24 congenital heart defect patients for treatment and surgeries to 3 local hospitals in Kabul.
It is noteworthy that the cost of the treatment of these patients is fully paid by ARCS.
