The ARCS provided solar energy equipment to 200 families recently affected by the earthquake in Nurgal District of Kunar Province. The distribution was conducted to facilitate access to electricity at a shelter camp established for the affected households.
The aid package comprised four solar energy items per family: a fan, a solar panel, a battery, and a light.
