The ARCS concluded a six-day capacity-building workshop on disaster management and cash transfers at its provincial branches in Nuristan and Khost Provinces for 50 staff members and volunteers. The workshop ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants.
During the workshop, participants received comprehensive theoretical and practical training on effective management of emergency response, practical planning, assisting affected individuals, and the transparent distribution and secure transfer of cash aid. The workshop aimed to equip participants to provide timely, efficient, and professional services to people affected by disasters and emergencies.
