روز دوشنبه ۱۷ ربیع الاول، هلال احمر افغانی برای ۱۰۰ خانواده سیلاب زده در ولسوالی کامه ولایت ننگرهار ۱۵ قلم کمک غیر غذایی توزیع نمود. این کمک ها به هر خانواده شامل؛ ۶ کمپل، ۲ ترپال، ۶ بوشکه آب، ۱ ستل، ۱۴ کلچه صابون، یک بیک و برخی مواد غیر خوراکی دیگر بود.همچنین هلال احمر افغانی دیروز برای ۱۰۰ خانواده سیلاب زده در شهر جلال آباد و ولسوالی بهسود کمک نمود.
