در پروسه کمک نقدی با ۲۴۰۰۰ زن بیوه و بی سرپرست در سراسر کشور، امروز و دیروز، مطابق ۸ و ۹ ماه ربیع الاول، هلال احمر افغانی در مجموع ۸۵۰۰۰۰۰ افغانی کمک نقدی را بر ۱۰۰۰ بیوه بی سرپرست، در مرکز و ۵ ولسوالی ولایت پکتیا، توزیع نمود. در این کمک به هر بیوه زن بی سرپرست ۸۵۰۰ افغانی مساعدت صورت گرفت.
