۸ تن بیماران روانی پس از تداوی و بهبودی در مرکز تداوی و حمایت از بیماران روانی هلال احمر افغانی ولايت بلخ براى ولایات شمالی، به آغوش خانواده های خود بازگشتند. بستگان این بیماران از هلال احمر افغانی تشکرى نمودند، که همیشه در خدمت فقرا بوده و به نیازمندان کمک می کند.
