Acting President of Afghan Red Crescent, Mr. Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis on the 21st of Safar, laid the foundation stone of a sub-health clinic in Syed Mahmood village in Kalingar, the center of Logar province. At the stone laying ceremony, Mr. Maulvi Matiul Haq expressed his sincere gratitude to the person who had dedicated his land to the said clinic. He said, "We appreciate those citizens who live in poverty but do good to others." He said, "Afghan Red Crescent is not a community of any tribe , but it is a shared community of the whole nation and in times of difficulties, it should be called upon and supported." Mr. Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis said, "Our people have been suffering from wars, economic sanctions, hardships and difficulties for 40 years; because of this, they need extensive help.We always try our best to help our people and Always called on international community to our nation and help consider it our duty". He said, "We are working on ambulance services and we are trying to start ambulance services in all provinces".
