ARCS Acting General  President, held a joint cooperation meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Afghanistan, Turkish Interior Ministry Advisor, TIKA Head , Head of Religious Affairs and Farid Ahmad Zia, Turkish Red Crescent representative for Afghanistan!

ARCS Acting General President, Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis, held a joint cooperation meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Afghanistan, Jihad Arginay, Turkish Interior Ministry Advisor Abdullah Dundar, TIKA Head Fazil Akin, Head of Religious Affairs Abdul Qadir Bakir Oglu,and Farid Ahmad Zia, Turkish Red Crescent representative for Afghanistan. The meeting was held regarding Mr. Jihad Arginay Turkish embassador for Afghanistan , for ending his mission in Afghanistan and farewells and to appreciate Turkish charitable activities in the country. Where Acting General President of Afghan Red Crescent, Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis, described the mission of the Turkish Ambassador to Afghanistan, Mr. Arginay, as positive and full of achievements. He also extended his appreciation to the Turkish Red Crescent and charitable organizations in Turkey for their assistance to impoverished Afghans. Mr. Maulvi Matiul Haq Khalis requested the Turkish Ambassador to maintain their cooperation with Afghanistan beyond his mission and to present Afghanistan's true image and its humanitarian needs to the world, encouraging global engagement and assistance. In response, Ambassador Jihad Arginay expressed his gratitude to ARCS for their support during his mission in Afghanistan. He stated, "We have strong fraternal ties with Afghanistan, and these bonds will forever endure. We stand ever ready to extend our hand in brotherhood to Afghan people." Mr. Arginay expressed his commitment to implementing initiatives in the establishment of orphan care centers and the creation of job opportunities for widows in Afghanistan.Acting President of Afghan Red Crescent, Mr. Maulvi Mutiul Haq Khalis, also presented a hand-woven Afghan carpet to Turkish Ambassador, Mr. Jihad Arginay, as a token of appreciation.
