امروز ۱۷ صفر، هلال احمر افغانی برای ۱۱۷ خانواده سیلاب زده ولسوالی سیاگرد ولایت پروان کمک های غیر غذایی ارائه نمود. این کمک ها شامل دو تخته کمپل، یک بسته مراقبت های صحی و دو تخته ترپال بود، و برای دو خانواده که اﺯ اثر سيلاب شهيد داشتن؛ به هر خانواده؛ ۱۰۰ کیلو آرد، ۲۴.۵ کیلو برنج و ۵ لیتر روغن داده شد.
