Increasing the capacity of volunteers is considered as one of the main objectives of ARCS, hence on 28th November, ARCS has arranged a two and three-days workshops to 25 volunteers in Kunar province and to 20 volunteers in Waghaz district of Ghazni province, where the participants expressed their happiness regarding workshops and promised of serving in the future under the umbrella of ARCS.
