Kabul: Winter Clothing Distributed to Mental Health Patients

The ARCS distributed winter clothing to 225 male and 118 female mental health patients at the Mental Health Care and Treatment Center in Kabul, aiming to protect them from the harsh winter cold.
As part of the assistance, each patient received a jumper, a pair of shoes, socks, and other essential items.
