Kabul: Ten-Team Table Tennis Tournament Kicks Off with Participation of ARCS Team

The 14th round of the table tennis tournament, featuring ten teams from various institutions and companies, including the ARCS Youth and Volunteers Department team, has officially begun at the National Gymnasium in Kabul in the presence of Mr. Javid Sharafi, Manager of Sports and Physical Education at the ARCS.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Sharafi said the purpose of organizing the tournament is to introduce the humanitarian, health, and social services of the ARCS to the public through sports activities. He added that sports not only contribute to the physical and mental well-being of youth but also play an important role in promoting harmony, brotherhood, and positive thinking.
Mr. Sharafi assured participants that the ARCS will continue to support healthy sporting programs. The tournament is scheduled to last for three days.
