On Monday, 3rd of Rabi-ul-Awal, Afghan Red Crescent once again referred 30 children suffering from heart disease to two internal hospitals in the capital Kabul for treatment and surgery. Where the whole cost of treatment and surgery is paid by the ARCS to hospitals.In around past 14 months, ARCS has introduced 1,801 children suffering from ventricular sceptical defects to different hospitals.
