On 19th February, ARCS has introduced 10 children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect to Basit & Indira Gandhi Children hospitals for therapy & surgery treatment, in capital Kabul. It's commendable that for past 5 months, ARCS has referred 707 children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect to different hospitals, where the whole cost of treatment of mentioned patients, is paid by ARCS.
