Herat: Turkish IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation Hands Over 118.2 Tons of Humanitarian Assistance to ARCS

The Turkish IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation handed over 118.2 tons of non-food humanitarian assistance to the ARCS in Herat Province.
The assistance was sent to Afghanistan to support families in need and to meet the needs of mosques and religious schools. It includes carpets and floor coverings made of textile materials.
The handover ceremony was attended by the Head of the Western Zone of the ARCS, Al-Haj Dr. Abdul Basir Rahmani, several staff members of the organization, and representatives of the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation.
The Head of the Western Zone of the ARCS thanked the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation for its humanitarian cooperation and support and said that, after the assistance is transported to the Central Headquarters, it will be distributed to the relevant areas according to needs and identified priorities.
The ARCS, in cooperation with its partners, strives to mobilize humanitarian assistance to support people in need and deliver it to eligible beneficiaries and relevant areas based on their needs and priorities.
