Herat - Islam Qala: ARCS Continues to Provide Hot Meals and Medical Services to Returnees from Iran

At the direction of ARCS leadership, a special delegation, alongside local staff and volunteers, is actively delivering emergency humanitarian and healthcare services to thousands of repatriated refugees arriving from Iran at the Islam Qala border crossing in Herat province.

Two ARCS mobile health teams are currently on-site and have provided healthcare services to hundreds of individuals. In addition, 6,000 newly returned refugees have received hot meals and clean drinking water.
