Herat: ARCS Vice President Assesses Services at Mental Health Care and Treatment Center

Mr. Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, visited the Mental Health Care and Treatment Center  in the Western Zone, Herat, as well as other ARCS properties in the province.
During the visit, Mr. Azizur Rahman assessed the quality of medical services being delivered to individuals with psychological disorders and evaluated the overall condition of their residential facilities. He emphasized the necessity of compassionate care, respectful interaction, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
Furthermore, the Vice President inspected ARCS assets and lands in the area, issuing directives on their protection and proper utilization, engaged with local officials to hear their concerns and requests, and assured them to address their challenges.
