Today, On 5 September, ARCS began the distribution of foodstuff to 1000 needy and vulnerable families in Rabat Sangi district of Herat province.In the aid, each family received 100 kg flour, 10 liters oil, 24.5 kg rice, 8 kg beans, 5 kg sugar, 2 kg salt, 1 kg green tea, and a packet of biscuits.
