The Maraston of ARCS has inaugurated in Herat Province!

Today, Wednesday, the 8th of January, The rehabilitated facility of Marastoon of ARSC in Herat Province which was upgraded by Turkish Red Crescent has been officially inaugurated. 
The ceremony was graced in the presence of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the Acting General President of ARCS, Sheik-ul-Hadith Mawlana Noor Ahmad Islamjar, the governor of Herat Province, Mohammad Shakaru, the Under-secretary of Turkish Red Crescent, Sinan Elhan, the representative of Turkish Consulate in Herat, and other regional directors and staff members.
In his remarks, the Acting General President characterized this center as an important and effective facility for supporting helpless women, children and treatment and care of psychological patients. He also ensured to provide all essential needs for those who reside in the facility.
Subsequently, the Under-secretary General of Turkish Red Crescent commended the services of ARCS and reaffirmed their commitment in strengthening the relations as well as promised for more cooperation and coordination in the future. 
The governor of Herat Province in his speech noted that ARCS is an active, impartial and independent humanitarian organization. He expressed his gratitude to Turkish Red Crescent for its unwavering support of ARCS in both natural and man-made disasters.
It is noteworthy that the representative of Turkish Consulate in Herat reiterated their commitment in supporting and fostering cooperation with ARCS.
