Kabul: 65 Employees Complete Two-and-a-Half-Month Training Program on Administrative Principles and Management

A two-and-a-half-month training program on administrative principles and management was completed by 65 employees from various departments of the central headquarters, on the initiative of the Capacity Building Unit of the Staff Affairs Department.
A ceremony marking the completion of the program was attended by Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs of ARCS, advisors to the leadership, several directors of the central headquarters, and a large number of employees.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the Director of Staff Affairs, Mawlawi Shafiqullah Amini, said that a sound and effective administration can be established when employees perform their duties in accordance with administrative principles and professional standards.
He described the training program as important for improving the organization of administrative affairs, strengthening work processes, promoting accountability, and enhancing the professional capacities of employees. He urged the participants to apply the knowledge and skills they gained from the training in their daily work.
He also emphasized the importance of continuous professional training for employees, noting that the continuation of such programs can play an important role in improving the efficiency of the organization’s operations and the quality of its services.
The Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs of ARCS also described strengthening employees’ capacities in administrative principles and professional skills as important for the effective performance of the organization’s affairs.
He said that professional and capable employees are an essential part of the development of any organization, and that strengthening employees’ skills can contribute to better performance of responsibilities, more systematic organization of work, and effective problem-solving.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to graduates of the training program.
