The vice president of the Afghan Red Crescent Society met with Mr. John Koenig, a Strategic Planning Specialist!

Today, on Wednesday, 9th of March 2022, Mawlve noruddin Turabi, vice president of the ARCS met with Mr. John Gowing, Strategic Planning Specialist, in the presence of Mr. Mohammad Nabi Burhan, Secretary General of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, Mrs. Brigitte Aro, the representative of ICRC and IFRC in Kabul.

Mawlve noruddin Turabi, vice president of the ARCS appreciated Mr. John Gowing's message of assistance, as well as technical assistance in formulating strategic plans, and stressed the need to continue working with the Afghan Red Crescent.

In return, Strategic Planning Specialist John Gowing thanked the Afghan Red Crescent Society leadership and assured of continued support. He added that we have discussed with several foreign donors and are cooperating with you in formulating a strategic plan and other technical aspects.

Finally, John Gowing once again pledged technical assistance to the Afghan Red Crescent Society, which was appreciated by the Afghan Red Crescent Society leadership.
