Parwan: Eighty Students Graduate from Training Center

The ARCS has organized a graduation ceremony for eighty students who successfully completed the ninth round of courses in public speaking, English language, and computer skills at the Youth and Volunteers Training Center of Parwan province. 
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to both volunteer instructors and graduates.
It is worth noting that the center is currently offering free educational opportunities in Islamic studies, public speaking, literacy, mathematics, English language, and computer training to 290 students who cannot afford to attend private institutions.
