Parwan: AFN 2 Million in Cash Assistance Distributed to 200 Vulnerable Women

The ARCS distributed AFN 2 million in cash assistance to 200 vulnerable women facing food shortages in Anamak village of Salang District, Parwan Province, as part of the fourth round of assistance.

The assistance was provided by the ICRC, with each woman receiving AFN 10,000.

The assistance aims to help the women and their families meet their basic needs and reduce the impact of food insecurity.

Similar cash assistance is scheduled to be provided to these women over the next two months as part of the same program.

The ARCS provides assistance to vulnerable and needy families to help them meet their immediate needs, with a particular focus on supporting female-headed households.
