A four-day training workshop on safer access and volunteer management for 50 volunteers concluded at the ARCS provincial branch in Ghazni Province with the distribution of certificates.

The workshop was conducted with financial support from the ICRC and provided participants with training on the Safer Access Framework, its elements, and effective volunteer management.

Volunteers also received guidance and practical training on better organizing volunteer activities and carrying out their work safely and effectively in various situations.

The workshop aimed to enhance volunteers’ knowledge and skills in safer access and volunteer management.
