هلال احمر افغانی، منظور کاهش سطح فقر و تأمین نیازهای عاجل به ۴۰۰ خانواده زلزله‌زده در قریه‌های مختلف ولسوالی خُلم ولایت سمنگان، ۳۱.۲ تن کمک غذایی توزیع نمود.
این کمک که از سوی مرکز کمک‌های بشری ملک سلمان فراهم شده بود، به هر خانواده ۷۸ کیلوگرام مواد غذایی شامل آرد، روغن، برنج، بوره، لوبیا و خرما مساعدت شد.
