هلالاحمر افغانی در سومین مرحله، مبلغ سه میلیون افغانی کمک نقدی را برای ۳۰۰ زن که با کمبود مواد غذایی روبهرو بودند، در ولسوالی گومل ولایت پکتیکا توزیع کرد، که به هر خانواده ۱۰ هزار افغانی مساعدت گردید.
قابل ذکر است که در دو ماه آینده نیز کمک مشابهی به این خانوادهها توزیع خواهد شد.
