از سوی هلال احمر افغانی، برای ۱۹۴ خانواده مشمولین بیرونی (نیازمندان و متکدی) در ولایتهای پکتیا، غزنی و پکتیکا، مبلغ هشتصدو نودو نهه هزار ( ۸۹۹٬۰۰۰) افغانی کمک نقدی صورت گرفت. این کمکها با در نظر داشت تعداد اعضای هر خانواده، از طریق حسابهای بانکی برای آنان حواله شده است.
این نوع کمکهای نقدی به صورت ماهانه توسط هلال احمر افغانی به این خانوادههای نیازمند پرداخت میشود.
