از سوی هلال احمر افغانی با همکاری مالی فدراسیون بینالمللی، در مجموع ۳۰,۰۰۰ اصله نهال میوه دار مختلف در ولسوالی بالا مرغاب ولایت بادغیس، به منظور حمایت از دهاقین و انکشاف کشاورزی، به ۶۰۰ تن دهاقین نیازمند توزیع شد، که به هر دهقان ۵۰ اصله نهال مساعدت شد.
