دستگیری از زلزله زدگان وظیفه هلال احمر افغانی است، بر همین اساس به تاريخ ۱۳ ربیع الثانی هلال احمر افغانی ۱۳۳ باب خیمه را برای ۱۳۳ خانواده زلزله زده در قریه های مربوط ولسوالی های رباط سنگی و زنده جان ولایت هرات توزیع نمود که هر خانواده یک باب خیمه را دریافت نمودند.
