ARCS has finalized a seven-days workshop, which was initiated for administrative, revenue and financial managers of eastern and southern central zones, in Kunar province!
On 30th December, ARCS has arranged a seven-days workshop, under the title of transparency, accountability and financial guidance with the financial support of IFRC and technical help of Mr. Abdul Bashir, general manager of revenue, Qudrat Ullah, banking transfers, Mr. Noor Alam, Donors in- charge & respected teachers of university for administrative, revenue & financial managers of Eastern zone ( Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman & Nuristan) provinces & South-western central zones, in Kunar province. Where it was ended with necessary & valuable instructions along with distribution of appreciation certificates to the participants by Mr. Shabir Ahmad "Usmani" the director of finance department of ARCS and Mr. Bashir Raz, the financial in-charge of Donors.
