:Acting General President of ARCS

The International community shall remove restrictions imposed on transferring of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan! Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq Khalis Acting General President of ARCS has distributed foodstuffs in the presence of Jamal Abdul Khaliq Alnoori the head of charitable foundations committee of Kuwait and Raa'd-Ul-Hadid the in-charge of operational affairs of International Federation of national societies, to 500 flood-hit families in Shinwaro district of Parwan province. During distribution of aid, Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General President of ARCS said " There is no restriction on the delivery of humanitarian aid to any country in the world, but only restriction has been imposed on Afghanistan on those cash humanitarian aid, which Charitable societies, foundations and countries want to deliver them to Afghanistan. He called on international community “Afghans are humans, who are in dire need of humanitarian aid, so the international community shall remove the restriction on delivering the humanitarian aid to Afghanistan". Mr. Khalis said "ARCS endeavors to the best of its ability to help the vulnerable people, who are living in remote areas of the country, to have transparent and on time access during disasters and to deliver necessary items to needy people". During distribution of aid, Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq Khalis thanked & expressed his gratitude to the nation of Kuwait, individuals & charitable foundations, who cooperated in afore-mentioned aid. Jamal Abdul Khaliq AlNoori, the head of charitable foundations committee of Kuwait told that they will continue helping the vulnerable Afghans via ARCS and will stand and help the Afghan nation. He told that the current situation of Afghanistan is a test for rich people, that to what extent they will help the vulnerable and needy Afghans, also it is a test for the patience of vulnerable people. Mr. AlNoori promised that they will try to help Afghans in the field of health & winter season's parcel. Raa'd-Ul-Hadid the in-charge of operational affairs of International Federation of national societies in Afghanistan, said: that they endeavor to reach out the vulnerable people of Afghanistan. This aid to 500 needy and affected families in Shinwaro district of Parwan Province, is the end of distribution of aid, which worth one million US dollars to 9,000 needy families in Afghanistan, based on the agreement, which was signed on 28 Shawwal, last year, in Qatar between Jamal Abdul Khaliq Alnoori- the head of charitable foundations committee of Kuwait, and Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq "Khalis" Acting General president of ARCS.
