On 30th Octobor, ARCS provided non-food items to two families whose houses was completely burnt due to fire in Sarkhroad district of Ningarhar Province. In the aid each family received a tent, a tarpulian, water bucket, a set of 13 items of kitchen wares and 6 blankets.In the incident, two people were martyred and 7 others were burnt.
