On 5th February, ARCS has distributed bags of winter clothes to 55 earthquake-hit families in Sawkay district of Kunar province, where each family received 3 bags of winter clothes. It's commendable that earlier, ARCS also has distributed 17500 AFN as a cash assistance to each of mentioned families.
