On Monday, 23rd of Octobor, ARCS introduced 20 children suffering from ventricular septal defects to 2 domestic hospitals for therapy and surgery treatment in the capital, Kabul. It's commendable that over the past 15 months,ARCS has referred 1972 children suffering from ventricular septal defects for therapy and surgery treatment to different hospitals, where the whole cost is paid by ARCS.
