Herat, Balkh, and Faryab: 20 Flood-Affected Families Receive Emergency Cash Assistance

The ARCS provided 600,000 AFN in emergency cash assistance to 10 flood-affected families in the Koh-e Zor, Adraskan, Pashtun Zarghun, and Kushk districts of Herat Province, 7 families in the Kishindeh, Zari, and Chahar Kint districts of Balkh Province, and 3 families in the Qaisar, Garziwan, and Bilcheragh districts of Faryab Province.
These families suffered personal and financial losses due to the recent floods.
The assistance was provided by the Red Cross Society of China, and each family received 30,000 AFN.
This cash assistance was provided to address urgent needs and help ease the immediate difficulties faced by the affected families.
