Herat: ARCS General President Assesses Western Zone Mental Health Care and Treatment Center

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, along with a delegation, visited the Mental Health Care and Treatment Center of the Western Zone in Herat province.
During the visit, Mr. Delawar reviewed the quality of medical services being provided, the recreational facilities, the kitchen, the distribution of hot meals, and the condition of the residential areas.
He urged the officials to maintain good conduct and proper behavior toward patients, respond to their needs on time, and pay strict attention to cleanliness. He also praised their services.
