The Acting General President of Afghan Red Crescent, Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, and Mr. Jamal Noori, the head of the Kuwait Charitable Societies Association, held an online meeting to reach out to the earthquake-affected families of Herat.In the meeting, the damages caused by the recent earthquakes in Herat province and the assistance of the victims were discussed. In the meeting, it was agreed that ARCS based on priorities will formulate a project valued 300000 USD to help earthquake victims,which will be financially supported by Kuwait Association of welfare Societies.
