The ARCS, with the support of the ICRC, has extended 25 million Afghanis (AFN 25,000,000) in cash assistance to 1,000 farmers severely affected by drought in Pasaband district of Ghor province. The assistance was provided under the “Cash Assistance for Agriculture” project, covering 17 villages across the district, with each farmer receiving 25,000 Afghanis in financial support.
