Free Education, Skills, and Hopes: 340 Students Graduate from ARCS Training Center in Helmand

340 students graduated from the ARCS Youth and Volunteers Training Center in Helmand Province, after successfully completing a three-month training program in administrative skills and computer studies.
It is worth noting that, some time ago, 120 students also graduated from the same training center after completing their training in administrative skills.
